Comme l'équipe d'Akimedia s'est agrandie, il a fallu déterminer les tâches de chacun, mais aussi le nom des étapes nécéssaire à la création d'un site web. Alors après de longues discussions, voici nos conclusions:

En tout premier lieu, il y a le "plan de site", c'est une liste à puces avec les points important de ce qui ressort de la réunion avec le client. Ensuite, nous avons le "gabarit", sorte de mise en page primaire avec les différentes zones de structure du site.

Le traitement d'image et la recherche graphique est appelée "design".
Ce design vous pouvez le visualiser sur une page secrete d'internet grâce à la "pré-maquette" (page HTML avec visualisation en une seule image de votre site, possibilité de clic sur l'image pour mener à la page suivante).

Une fois le design accepté, nous passons à la "découpe", nous découpons le design en image pour le site. Par après, nous avons "l'intégration", partie du travail où nous intégrons votre design en (x)HTML et CSS (rendu de ce que le visiteur verra de votre site).

Dès l'intégration terminée, la "maquette" entre en ligne de compte. La maquette permet la navigation entre les différentes pages de votre site et nous sert à visualiser si l'ergonomie, les différents effets visuels - s'il y en a (flash, JQuery,...) - fonctionnent correctement.

Le "setup" est l'étape d'installation du CMS (Content Management System ou Système de gestion de contenu) sur votre site.

Ensuite, votre site nécessite une phase de "développement", c'est la partie du travail où l'on vous crée un module adapté à vos besoins mais aussi à des spécificités demandées.

Par après, nous avons la "mise en ligne" de votre site chez un hébergeur.
Pour terminer, il y a ce que nous appelons "le mois beta", c'est le mois où il se peut que de petites erreurs se soient glissées dans le code, "bugs" que nous réglons dans les plus brefs délais et ce sans supplément.
